• Non-Local Projects: Book a call with John Adams for projects outside of Tennessee.

Step 3: Personalized Phone Consultation

During your scheduled call, we’ll take the time to:

• Understand your goals and vision.
• Ask questions to ensure we capture every detail of what you want to achieve.
• Share examples of similar projects and provide a range of pricing to ensure we’re the right fit.

This conversation sets the foundation for your project and helps us move forward with clarity and confidence.

Step 4: On-Site Visit

Once we’ve discussed your project, we’ll schedule an in-person visit to your space.

• Review your goals and make adjustments if needed.
• Identify any opportunities or challenges unique to your location.
• Finalize details, complete paperwork, and collect a deposit to lock in your project.

For larger projects, we may need additional time to finalize everything at our shop before proceeding.

Step 5: Construction Begins

The big day has arrived! Our passionate and experienced team will dedicate 100% of their focus to your project.

• Typical builds take 3–5 days for smaller projects and several months for larger, more complex installations.
• We ensure excellent communication throughout, so you always know what’s happening.

Step 6: Final Walkthrough

Once the project is complete, we’ll walk you through every detail to ensure you’re thrilled with the outcome.
